Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing from your account at any time.
A patient is a child you are actively caring for through the platform: monitoring their growth and intake, or sending care plans to their family. Each child counts once, no matter how many caregivers use the app with them, and children you are no longer following can be archived so they do not count against your limit.
Your existing patients are never affected. To add new ones, add patient capacity to your current plan or move up a tier.
No. The family app is included with your plan, and the families you invite use it at no cost.
Yearly plans are billed once a year at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free: Pro is $990 and Practice is $1,990 per year.
