Delete your account
We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your data, including:
Your account and login credentials
All profiles you've created
Tracking logs (sleep, feeding, diapers, tummy time)
Assignments of tasks and resources from your clinician if applicable
Growth measurements and milestone records if applicable
Food introduction history if applicable
Doctor visits, vaccinations, and medications if applicable
Any subscription or premium entitlements
This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your account from Heartful Baby
Open the Heartful Baby app
Go to More -> Account
Scroll to the bottom and tab "Delete Account"
Confirm by tapping Delete in the confirmation dialog
Please note that your data will be permanently deleted immediately.
How to delete your account from Heartful Eating Recovery
Open the Heartful Eating Recovery app and sign in
Go to More -> Settings -> Delete Account
Review what will be deleted, then tap Delete my account and confirm
Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days. If you change your mind, sign back in any time before then and tap "Cancel deletion."
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@heartfulsprout.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
