Delete your account
We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your data, including:
Your account and login credentials
All baby profiles you've created
Tracking logs (sleep, feeding, diapers, tummy time)
Growth measurements and milestone records
Food introduction history
Doctor visits, vaccinations, and medications
Any subscription or premium entitlements
This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your account from Heartful Baby
Open the Heartful Baby app
Go to More -> Account
Scroll to the bottom and tab "Delete Account"
Confirm by tapping Delete in the confirmation dialog
Please note that your data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@heartfulsprout.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
